A Scholarship Granting Organization, often called an SGO, receives eligible charitable contributions and administers educational scholarships according to applicable law, program requirements, and approved uses.
Purpose-Built Stewardship
The SGO serves as the accountable bridge between the taxpayer making the contribution and the eligible student or educational institution using the resulting scholarship.
